For our client, Bio4pack GmbH, a German based subsidiary of TIPA Compostable Packaging, we are looking for an Export Sales Manager Europe. Bio4Pack is a leading company in the development and manufacturing of sustainable packaging solutions for consumer products and consumables, that has minimal impact on the environment and that minimises the use of fossil fuels. Bio4 Pack develops and sells custom-made packaging concepts for B2B customers, mainly active in the foodprocessing industry. Bio4pack’s head office is located in Germany (Nordhorn).

Bio4pack is expanding sales in various European markets in South Europe but also in the Nordics. For that matter, we are looking for an export focused sales manager, who will further develop these areas for the usage of compostable packaging materials.

 

Export Sales Manager - Europe (m/f)
           Packaging Materials.

 

This Position:
The export sales manager is responsible for the sales of sustainable packaging solutions. He/she will have the focus on new sales and on continuing the existing business. The company’s strategy is rapidly evolving internationally, using the worldwide business contacts of TIPA. Therefore, this sales position will be an exciting international challenge. 

Tasks and responsibilities:
- responsible for the sales and margin results of local European sales to B2B customers.  
- develop and execute sales plans for existing customers and new accounts for relevant
packaging solutions.
- develop and maintain long-term relationships with your customers.
- committed to locally budgeted resources.
- signal market trends and opportunities as an input for new business activities.
- travel will amount will be around 50% of the time.
- participate in international trade fairs.

Position requirements:
- minimum of 3- 5 years of sales/export/ account management experience in packaging
   materials (e.g. foils, cardboard or paper) .
- experienced B2B sales manager with international (export) customer knowledge.
- excellent knowledge of English and German.
- knowledge of any other language (e.g. Spanish) is appreciated.
- preferably, a bachelor degree based on a commercial education.

Additional job information:

the remuneration package is in line with the requirements for this position, including company
car, laptop etc. andpersonal training opportunities.
- the Sales manager reports to the managing director of Bio4pack in Germany.
- this position is based in Nordhorn (D) but the use of a home office is possible.

Note: recent experience in packaging materials is crucial. No relevant experience in this sector will be a show stopper from our side in reflecting to your application.
